• Taxi staff/reps sometimes spot errors with flight info on Saturday or Sunday when it’s harder to check.
• Contact the sales office immediately via phone or email and inform them of the problem.
• Check if there will be any other of our drivers in that area around the same time. If so, cancel the taxi booked for them and be prepared to call and arrange for this student to be put into another car if they show up.
• Inform the reps of what you are going to do, if there will be no other arrivals at the same time do not cancel the taxi as it is better to pay for the taxi than to have the student waiting and not met if they do show up.
